Privacy Policy
This site is operated by Jim Keplinger / Uptude Studio ("we"). We keep things simple: we collect as little as possible and sell nothing about you to anyone.
Newsletter
If you join the reader's list, your email address is collected and stored by Kit (kit.com), our email service provider, and used only to send you the content you signed up for — new releases, bonus stories, and occasional updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list. See Kit's privacy policy at kit.com for how they handle data.
Analytics
We use standard, aggregate analytics (such as Google Analytics via Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location, device type. This data does not identify you personally, and we don't combine it with other information to try.
Cookies
The site may set cookies for analytics and basic functionality. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Outbound links
Links to retailers (like Amazon) and platforms (like Substack) take you to sites we don't control, with their own privacy practices.
